ScandinavianDesignworks started as Norwegian Woodworks in 1999. I took a few years off due to the economy but I am up and running again with an excellent team. New products are coming out March 1st. We are here for you and excited about 2012.

I started SD because I wanted a flower box that was better...unique. I couldn't find what I wanted in stores so I made one. I enjoyed learning how to use power tools and made several. The rest is history. The love of flowers is particularly strong with some. We like to indulge those who are moved by art, color and fragrance.
Jason was a residential home builder for many years. His longtime partner Melanie is in marketing and helps me with business decisions. When I had Jason repair an ATV, we all soon became friends. His talent and love of woodworking is what gives him the ability to turn out beautiful products. He plays a vital role in the quality we boast about and the success of SD. It's funny how people fall into each others lives when you need them. Jason and Melanie are people of integrity and purpose. They are committed to making your products truly the best.
