At Scandinavian Designworks, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We use weather resistent clear and tight knot cedar. We also use wood glue, finish nails and wood filler so nail holes are not visible. Stain makes the boxes last longer and is available upon request. See our products page.
We want our best poducts out there. We have yet to have a return but we put this information on here just for you. If there are structural problems with any of our products, we want to know about it. Not only do we want you to be happy with our boxes, we want you to be happy with our service as well. During the warranty time period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. It is important to remember to follow the product care instructions so the warranty is honorable. After the warranty time period we would still like to hear about it if you have a problem for any reason. Solutions will be determined individually. Bottom line is we want you happy and our boxes looking beautiful for years to come. That's just good for business.
